It is expanding to the vast China and India apparel market. Currently has staff of 20 in Chennai, need to expand to 40+ within 2011 to develop Web based Product Development and Tracking, EDI and BPO for our products to our customers.

Dot Net Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and talented .Net Web Developer to join our dynamic and talented team! We need your skills to help us develop a Content Management platform through which we can deliver a wide range of high profile, accessible and standards compliant web projects.

This role will involve

-Taking an active and leading role in the development of a new content management platform using the .Net framework. As such you will have extensive knowledge of the ASP.Net using C#. The ideal candidate will have experience in building similar systems, as well as a good understanding of configuration management, testing and bug tracking.

-Part of the job will involve maintaining and improving our current in-house content management system and IT infrastructure. As such an ability to understand, improve and debug legacy code is important.

-Minimum 1 yr experience in ASP.NET C#, Developing Web applications, Web portals, Ecommerce portals.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Development, enhancement and Maintenance of Content management system, Ecommerce portals.

-Testing and quality assurance of the application.

-Follow coding standards.

-Adapt new technologies and implement.

-Setup and installation of the applications.

Skills and Specifications

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.

• Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2010, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.

• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.

• Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.

• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.

• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.


• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers
